Brads AC performance has a one-year no blow guarantee.

It is purchasers responsibility for shipping.

The reason I recommend yearly service intervals and in the spring. Is because we want to get the water that has accumulated in the oil out of the shock so that it does not act like a battery or become a science experiment. This is when most of the damage is done to snowmobile shocks.

FAQs

How long does it take to fix my shocks?

Usually a two day turn around.

Why does brads AC performance replace seals on Fox and Arctic cat shocks on every service?

Because of the poor quality tolerances in the manufacturing process of the shocks are exceptionally hard on seals.

Why does brads AC performance not replace the seals in Olin HPG and kyoba shocks with every rebuild?

At Brad's AC performance we have found on these brands of shocks that if the seals are not leaking and there is no damage to the shock shaft that it just is not necessary. This is due to the high quality manufacturing tolerances of these shocks.

I have found these shocks to run 12,000 miles without having to replace seals.

What will it cost to ship my shocks back to me?

Standard UPS rates apply. A private residence costs more than a business address. Overnight shipping costs significantly more than standard delivery. Shipping charges go by weight and I know the tendency is to remove the springs to save on shipping. Please do not do this and do not readjust the springs before you send them in. It is important for me to see the condition of your springs in the way you have them adjusted. So please do not remove your springs before sending to brads AC performance. let us do it.

Brad will contact you personally to let you know what services required on your shocks. Thanks to be concerned with are the condition of the shaft condition of the steelhead condition of the shock islets and grommets and bushings. Any issues will be brought to your attention and you will be given a quote for repair

How often should I change oil?

Many of my competitors have different views on how often the oil should be changed. Let's put it like this together brand-new $60,000 diesel truck how far would you drive it without changing your oil? Yeah that's what I thought that's why I recommend annual service or every 5000 miles. I also recommend that the oiled and shocked be serviced in the spring of the year with a snowmobile is being put up. And it is for this reason water does find its way into your oil and that water will settle to the bottom and make contact with floating Pistons which are dissimilar metals from the shock body. What did we learn science class glass this is how we make a battery little batteries do they corrode. It's your $60,000 diesel truck oh I mean 1400 dollars set a snowmobile shocks
